A Finnish–Swedish ice-cream plant needed a 316L stainless steel manifold — a distribution block with several threaded ports and mounting flanges, made to drawing and identical from unit to unit.
In a food environment the material and finish must meet hygiene requirements — hence 316L stainless — and the part has to be precise, so threads and port dimensions match on every single piece.
We produce the manifold with precise machining in 316L stainless steel: the body, several threaded ports and mounting flanges. The part is set up for repeatable serial production — the same quality and dimensions across the whole batch.
