2. What data we collect

• Inquiries and orders: name, company, e-mail, phone and your message — only what you enter in the form.
• Site statistics: the page visited, search term, language and referrer. Your IP and browser are turned into an irreversible hash — we do not store your IP address.

3. Why and on what basis

• To respond to your inquiries and process orders — pre-contract steps and performance of a contract.
• To operate and improve the site (anonymous statistics) — our legitimate interest.

4. How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and correspondence for up to 24 months after the last contact if no deal results. Data related to orders and invoices is kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires. Anonymous statistics are kept in aggregated form.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed on our behalf only by technical service providers (web hosting, e-mail) to the extent needed to provide the service. For delivery and invoicing, data may be shared with suppliers and accounting.

6. Cookies

The site uses only a strictly necessary session cookie (e.g. for the cart). Analytics run server-side without tracking cookies, so no consent banner is needed. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking scripts.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive a copy. To exercise these, write to the e-mail below. If you believe your data is handled improperly, you may contact the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (dvi.gov.lv).
